Mostly everything is great except the breakfast and the Internet. The breakfast buffet actually costs money, but it's the exact same products and quality as every other holiday inn's free breakfast buffet. No one would spend $13 on cold boxed watery scrambled eggs. The Internet is so slow that I had to download my 1 page word document from one drive because it kept disconnecting and I couldn't edit it. That download also took over 20 minutes! Aside from that, the rooms are clean, the entrance is nice and grand, there is ample parking, the staff are super nice, and the location is convenient.
